At Mass Ice Works LLC, we aim to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Below is our detailed refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations:

24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any charges if you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service time. This can be done by contacting us at massiceworks@gmail.com / 857.385.6200

Less than 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for you, which could have been allocated to other customers.

Service Dissatisfaction: We strive for excellence in our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will review your concerns and, if deemed appropriate, offer a re-service at no additional cost or issue a partial refund.

Non-Refundable Services: Once a service has been completed, it is generally non-refundable unless a clear error or fault on our part is demonstrated.
